Today we have an out of the ordinary 'Review of the Week' with it coming from Facebook. This customer journey has been a little different to previous 'Review of the Week' customers as initially, Mr Malfa wasn't happy with his door installation as the paint on his front door had started to flake off.
With some help from our Customer Care and regional teams managed to get the issues resolved and Mr Malfa returned to Facebook to say how happy he was with the repairs and his new front door. He even shared a picture!
Mr Malfa's Anglian journey began with a call from Geoff Hames in the Internet Response Team, who arranged for designer Munish Grover to visit and discuss the products available, the installation process and the price.
Lee A Caiger surveyed the property and laid out the plans for Kaine Bassett and Brian McGrath to carry out the installation. They did a great job with the installation, but over time, the paint began to flake.
Mr Malfa discussed this with Louie Watts on Facebook who liaised with Brett Lawson in Customer Care. Brett brought this up with the regional managers Michael Caminarides and Ian O'Donnell who coordinated the fixes for Mr Malfa, leaving him with a superb new front door.
