Anglian Home Improvements is proud to announce the success of its Christmas food drive in partnership with Norwich City Football Club. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our colleagues, local suppliers, and the wider community, we’ve exceeded expectations and made a real difference to families across Norfolk this festive season.
The Results
- £9,020 raised for Norfolk Community Foundation’s Nourishing Norfolk programme
- £4,510 in donations doubled through the ‘Matched for Change’ appeal
- 400kg of food collected, equivalent to 955 meals for vulnerable families
This achievement far surpasses last year’s total and demonstrates the power of community spirit.
On 29th November, ahead of Norwich City’s game against Queens Park Rangers, Anglian volunteers joined forces at Carrow Road to collect donations.
We were delighted to be joined by Nourishing Norfolk supporter, Delia Smith, CH, who helped rally fans to give generously. The food and funds raised will support 25 Nourishing Norfolk food hubs, helping to combat food insecurity in our local communities.
Rachael Munby, Chief Marketing Officer at Anglian Home Improvements, said: “The generosity from everyone has once again been truly inspiring. This support will prove vital for vulnerable families across the region. We’re especially thrilled that the Norfolk Community Foundation’s ‘Matched for Change’ appeal means every monetary donation is doubled, making the impact even greater.”
