Very popular with bifold or patio doors, vertical blinds have vertical slats or louvres that open and close on a track at the top of your window or door recess. Our louvres are available in 89mm or 127mm widths, equally spaced so there are no overlaps. Alongside the colours and fabrics available with the blinds, we have a range of high-quality headrails available in different colours to match your chosen blinds.
In the open position vertical blinds fit neatly at one side or either side of your window or door opening. When closed, the louvres can be tilted to control how much light you let into your home. Choose our heat reflecting fabric for your conservatory or bifold vertical blinds to help keep cool in the summer months.

Common Questions about Vertical Blinds
At Anglian, our vertical blinds are available with fabric or PVC slats in a range of colours and patterns. Fabric can suit any room while we recommend PVC for kitchens and bathrooms for better moisture resistance.
Vertical blinds can suit any room, from bedrooms to offices to bathrooms. PVC vertical blinds can be a better choice for kitchens and bathrooms as they offer better moisture resistance and are easier to clean. Fabric vertical blinds are a great choice for any other room.
Vertical blinds have vertical slats that hang straight down from the rail. The slats can be adjusted to be open or closed, or all completely folded away to the side of the window.
Venetian blinds have horizontal slats that can be adjusted to be open or closed, while the entire blind can be folded away horizontally.
For day-to-day cleaning, carefully dust the slats to keep them looking pristine. If your fabric is washable, you can remove the slats from the rail and remove all fixings before washing them with a clean sponge or cloth and some delicate detergent in cool water. If your fabric is machine washable remove the slats from the rail and remove all fixings, roll the fabric up like a Swiss roll and loosely tie with tights or similar to hold shape. Put the rolled up slats in pillowcases and wash on a 30 degree program without a spin cycle. When the cycle is complete, reassemble onto the hangers and replace the weights and place them back on the track. Put a towel underneath to catch any water.
You should never use an iron to get creases out of vertical blinds. If you have machine washable slats, when you rehang them after washing to dry, replacing the weights in the bottom will help remove creases and reduce the risk of curling.

- Law and jurisdiction. These Terms and any Specific Terms shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims (including, without limitation, non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them.
