What’s changed?The whole site has had a revamp, it is much more imagery led to show examples of each of the products available.
The ‘user journey’ has changed too with a step by step process taking place to ensure you are fully informed about each aspect of a new product. Good to be Home has reviewed the website and written all about using the site and the journey you will take.
As part of this new journey, Anglian is very proud of the new functionality that allows you to search for your ideal product by size, shape or material. It is much more unique as it shows you what you are looking for, rather than displaying a product that isn’t what you want. Every window, door and conservatory Anglian makes is totally bespoke, so the site is designed to show you the near infinite range of options.
For example, if you were looking to extend your home and increase your living space, you may be looking for a conservatory or orangery (or extension/garage conversion). Rather than simply taking you to see a specific product range such as conservatories, you are given the choice of styles and shapes, materials or size to choose from first. This breakdown helps narrow down your options to ensure the end product you are looking at is exactly what you need for your home.
You will notice across the website that each product design, shape and material has its own gallery to help show off these options of the product. Another update to the galleries enables you to see the product you want in situ which will help you come to a decision on what’s suitable for your home.
ReviewsAnother new feature is the customer reviews, which appear on every product page and are all genuine experiences from genuine customers. There is a link to a whole page dedicated to reviews about whichever product you are looking at.
Review sites are being used more and more as consumers look for ways to share their opinions and experiences with brands. This has been taken into account by Anglian – we are very happy to now be recognised as a Feefo Trusted Merchant for excellence in customer service.
