Anglian Employee Runs Marathon for Masanga Hospital

17th September 2015

Iain O'Donnell with his son, Tom.
On the 15th March, Iain O’Donnell and his son Tom, competed in their very first marathon, which was held in Barcelona. They participated to raise funds for Masanga Hopsital, which is located in the Tonkolili district, in the middle of Sierra Leone in West Africa.  It serves a population of 400,000 people with unmet healthcare needs, a worth cause we're sure you'll agree.

The pair managed to raise £3050 for the hospital thanks to the kind sponsorship received from friends, family and colleagues. Anglian donated £200 to Iain too, taking their total to £3250. This money will help save many lives!
