They'll help you work out which windows are best for each room in your house, to give you the best performance and look. You can also see samples of the materials and styles available and decide how to make your windows unique with features like stained glass, decorative bars and handles.

Once you've chosen your windows and we have all the relevant details about your home, we'll be able to prepare an accurate quotation for you. Remember, our quotation service is free and there's no obligation to order.

One of our qualified surveyors will carry out a detailed survey to make sure that your windows are made exactly to your specification and fit perfectly. They'll take photographs and check whether any special equipment will be needed for the installation of your windows such as scaffolding or dealing with asbestos removal. It's this level of meticulous preparation that ensures everything runs smoothly on the day your windows are fitted.

And that includes the paperwork. We look after everything for you from securing planning permission if it's necessary to complying with building regulations. You can relax knowing that we've got it all in hand.

The surveyor will go through the designs for your new windows with you as a final check. You can still make minor alterations at this stage, although this may affect the cost. Once you're happy to go-ahead, we'll finalise the order for the manufacture of your windows.

Our windows are made in Britain from start to finish. Every window is made to order by our expert and experienced craftspeople at our state-of-the-art factory here in the UK, using only the highest quality components. We check for quality at every stage of the manufacturing process, from colour-matching to the strength of the glass.

You tell us when it's convenient to fit your windows. Our installation team will fit your windows one at a time, carefully removing each of your existing windows and replacing it with the new one.

When we've finished fitting, our team will make sure you're happy with the installation and then run through the operation of your new windows and how to take care of them. They'll leave your home clean and tidy and take away your old windows to be recycled.

We're only happy when you're happy. That's why we won't ask for the balance payment until your new windows are fully installed and the job is completed.

We oversee the whole design, manufacturing and installation process, so we're confident that you'll be delighted with your new home improvement.

Each window comes with a guarantee – 10 years for all frames, 15 years for sealed units in our uPVC and aluminium windows and 10 years for sealed units in our wooden windows. In the unlikely event of there being a problem, we’ll do our best to fix it for you quickly, efficiently and without a quibble.
