Every week, we are going to feature one of the many great reviews we receive from one of three popular review sites - Feefo, TrustPilot and Review Centre. The first two are our most trusted with processes put in place here and with the review sites to ensure our customers have a voice for their experience.
Each and every single customer review is important to us as it highlights the amount of great work we are doing on a weekly basis. Some review sites are too unpoliced and can be abused by users to tarnish a brand, so we have improved our internal processes to actively contact our customers asking them to leave a genuine review of our company.
This isn't the only change we've made. With £2.4 billion worth of product installed across the UK, we have recently made improvements to our factory and customer care department to improve our service further. We can't be perfect all the time, but we can have things put in place to make sure we can rectify any mistakes.
This week we have a lovely review from Mrs Bannister who has had numerous products installed, the latest being a conservatory and she left us this review on Feefo.
"Anglian may not be the cheapest but I really think they are the best! My whole house has benefited from their care and attention. Nothing is too much trouble. Right from the start everyone you will deal with is pleasant and helpful. They take care to get everything just right.
When it's time for the men to come and do whatever job is on hand they are a joy to work with. The last thing I have had this spring is a conservatory. Over the two weeks there were quite a few men 'on the job'. We had so many laughs along with the cuppas that when they left I really missed them!
Thank you so much Anglian! Keep it up."
The installation was carried out by John Martin and Gerald Taylor who clearly made quite an impression on Mrs Bannister. The initial contact was with Ryan Faulkner, who arranged for Christopher Nelson, the designer to visit. He went over the whole conservatory installation process and designs available with Mrs Bannister and she was only too happy to agree to a brand new conservatory.
