  1. General Terms and Conditions
    1. Who we are. Anglian Home Improvements is a trading name of Anglian Windows Limited and is a credit broker, not a credit lender. Registered Office: Liberator Road, Norwich, England NR6 6EU. Registered in England No: 2540020. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit and non-investment insurance activities.
    2. These terms. These terms and conditions (referred to as “these Terms”) apply to all our activities and should be read alongside any additional terms we provide relating to any particular activity (referred to as “Specific Terms”). Any Specific Terms will override these Terms to the extent there is any conflict between them.
    3. Legally bound. When you take part in any of our activities you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any Specific Terms in addition to any terms and conditions of sale that apply to any related purchase.
    4. Change. We can change these Terms or otherwise withdraw or alter any activity at any time.
    5. Availability. All products included in any activity are subject to availability.
    6. Right to decline. We can decline your order if we think the activity code or offer used is invalid for the product(s) ordered or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
    7. Refund. Any refunds we offer will be subject to the separate terms and conditions applying to the relevant purchase. If we give you a refund for a product included in any activity, it will be for no more than the price you actually paid for the product, considering any saving or discount.
    8. Breach. If we think you have breached these Terms or any Specific Terms, we reserve the right to take any action that we deem appropriate. This could include disqualifying you from the activity, reclaiming any discount, bonus or prize granted or excluding you from any future promotions and/or activities.
    9. Your data. If we collect any of your personal data in relation to an activity, we will process that personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
    10. Media. If you submit a photograph, video clip or any other media as part of your participation in any activity then you warrant that you have the right to do so and that they have been legally obtained or created. You further agree that we can use, publish and communicate that media an unlimited number of times for an unlimited period in any of our promotional materials, including without limitation our website and on social media.
    11. Law and jurisdiction. These Terms and any Specific Terms shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims (including, without limitation, non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them.
  2. Applicable only to prize draw promotions
    1. How do these terms apply? These prize draw terms are additional to the terms above and apply to all our prize draw promotions.
    2. Eligibility. You must be aged at least 18 and be resident in the UK at the time of your entry and we can require you to provide evidence that you meet any eligibility requirement that is set.
    3. Name. You must use your full legal name when entering a promotion and you may only submit one entry. We may disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or any false names.
    4. Receipt of entries. We are not responsible for any entries which we have not received, recognised or accepted for any reason. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt.
    5. Incomplete entries. We will not accept any entry that is not complete or compliant with these Terms or any relevant Specific Terms.
    6. Employees. Our employees and contractors, their immediate family and anyone else directly connected with our organisation are not eligible to enter any prize draw.
    7. Claim your prize. If you do not claim a prize within 14 days, then we may refuse to award the prize or award it to a different entrant.
    8. Depiction of prize. If we include a picture depicting a prize on any of our promotional material then this is for information purposes only and the colour, size and model of the prize may be different.
    9. Substitute. We may substitute a prize for a different prize of the same or greater value than the original prize.
    10. Non-transferable. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. No cash alternative is available.
    11. Other offers. A prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
    12. Breach. If we find that you have breached or not fully complied with any relevant terms applying to a promotion, then we may disqualify you. If you have already received a prize before being disqualified, then we may require you to return that prize or to reimburse us for its value.
    13. Warranty. We make no representation or warranty in relation to any prize provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize. We do not endorse or recommend any product or service that is offered as a prize.
    14. Liability. We are not liable if your prize is lost, delayed or damaged in the post for reasons out of our control. We are not liable for the failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations in relation to a prize draw.
    15. Publish. We may publish the name of a promotion winner on our website, social media and other forms of media.
    16. Final. All our decisions relating to a prize draw are final.
      1. This Black Friday 2023 prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over (excluding employees of Anglian Windows Limited t/a Anglian Home Improvements (“Anglian”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw) who enter into a contract with Anglian for the purchase from Anglian of any products (excluding orders placed online via the Anglian Shop website www.shop.anglianhome.co.uk (“Anglian Shop”) between 18:01 GMT on 7th November 2023 and 17:00 GMT on 28th November 2023 – referred to below as a “Qualifying Contract”.
      2. Persons entering into a Qualifying Contract (“Entrants”) will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. However, only one Entrant per address will be entered into the Prize Draw.
      3. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when processing an order, Anglian does not take any responsibility for incomplete orders and any incomplete orders will not be considered a Qualifying Contract valid for entry into the Prize Draw. Anglian accepts no responsibility for any Qualifying Contracts which are not completed for any reason.
      4. The Entrant winning the Prize Draw (“Winner”) will be chosen at random by a computer process on Friday 15th December 2023.
      5. The Winner will, by Monday 18th December 2023, be notified that they have been chosen at the address they have provided in the Qualifying Contract (“Award Notification”). If the Winner does not respond to Anglian within 90 days of the Award Notification, then the Winner’s prize will be forfeited and Anglian may select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
      6. The prize awarded under the Black Friday 2023 Prize Draw is a holiday to Gran Canaria (“Prize”) courtesy of Gran Canaria Tourism. The Prize consists of:
        • Flights to and from Gran Canaria from a UK airport for 2 adults and 2 children (16years and younger). Airport location determined by the Winner and availability at time of booking
        • 4* Hotel accommodation for 6 nights/7days (Hotel will be determined at time of booking based on availability)
        • Bed and breakfast will be included as part of the prize
        • Transfers to and from Gran Canaria airport to hotel accommodation
        Prize is as offered; no extensions or upgrades are available. The winner will be responsible for all other costs incurred. It is the Winner’s responsibility to check all entry, visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. Details on how to redeem the Prize will be provided to the Winner at point of notification. The Prize must be claimed within 12 months from the date of your winning notification email. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
      7. Subject to paragraph 2.17 ix, Anglian must publish or make available information on its website that indicates that a valid award took place. Anglian will publish or make available the Winner’s surname and county on its website, and may publish or make available such information on its social media and marketing materials.
      8. Subject to paragraph 2.17 ix, the Winner agrees to be interviewed by Anglian and for the interview to be published by Anglian and/or Gran Canaria Tourism on its website, social media and marketing materials. The Winner agrees to supply photographs of the products (once installed, if applicable) purchased under the Qualifying Contract and images of the Prize, or to allow an Anglian representative to take a photograph of such products/Prize at Anglian’s request. Anglian and/or Gran Canaria Tourism may use any such photographs on its website, social media and marketing materials.
      9. The Winner may object to any of its information being published by contacting Anglian’s Marketing Team (email: [email protected]). In such circumstances, Anglian must still provide the information and details of the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
      10. The decision of Anglian regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw and the Prize is final and binding.
      11. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms upon entry. Anglian may refuse entry or to award the Prize to any Entrant in breach of these terms.
      12. Anglian reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw at any time before the Winner is chosen.
      13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Anglian will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or any other Entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Prize Draw or taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Anglian or that of their employees. The statutory rights of the Winner and each Entrant are not affected.
      14. Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.anglianhome.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy and these terms.
      15. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

  3. Online Enquiry Voucher Specific Terms and Conditions
    1. How do these terms apply? These Specific Terms are additional to the 'General Terms and Conditions' section above and apply to our Online Enquiry Vouchers only. We may amend these Specific Terms at any time
    2. Definitions. For the purposes of these Specific Terms, the following definitions will apply:
      1. “Discounted Price” shall have the meaning set forth at Specific Term 3.6b.i;
      2. “OEV Products” shall have the meaning set forth at Specific Term 3.4;
      3. “OEV Savings” shall have the meaning set forth at Specific Term 3.6b.ii;
      4. “Online Enquiry Voucher” shall have the meaning set forth at Specific Term 3.3;
      5. “Other Savings” shall have the meaning set forth at Specific Term 3.5f; and
      6. “Quoted OEV Product Price” shall have the meaning set forth at Specific Term 3.6a.
    3. Online Enquiry Voucher. If you make an enquiry through our website which leads to a design appointment, in relation to any one of the OEV Products (excluding building works), we will give you an online enquiry voucher (“Online Enquiry Voucher”). The Online Enquiry Voucher entitles you to receive a Price Reduction from the Quoted OEV Product Price at the time you place your order.
    4. OEV Products. The Online Enquiry Voucher may be used in relation to orders for any one of the following products (excluding building works):
      1. Conservatories;
      2. Windows and doors; or
      3. Rooftrim and cladding,
      together the “OEV Products”, or each individually an “OEV Product”.
    5. Use of Vouchers. Each Online Enquiry Voucher:
      1. cannot be transferred to any other person;
      2. cannot be applied to the price of building works required in relation to any OEV Product;
      3. is applicable only to the property specified in your original enquiry through our website;
      4. can only be used to gain a Price Reduction from the Quoted OEV Product Price of a single OEV Product (it cannot be applied to more than one OEV Product);
      5. can be used in conjunction with other discounts or savings available from us (“Other Savings”);
      6. is not applicable if your design appointment was made through any source other than our website; and
      7. must be attached to the official order form and correspond with the details you provided in your initial enquiry through our website, until such time as we may give further notice on our website that these Specific Terms are amended (see Specific Term 3.7 below) or otherwise withdrawn (see Specific Term 3.8 below).
    6. How we calculate the Price Reduction.
      1. When you receive a quotation from us at a design appointment in relation to any of the OEV Products, we calculate our price:
        1. using our reference standard prices; and
        2. based on your specific requirements including amongst others the type, size, glazing, hardware specifications, style and colour of the OEV Products, and the material from which the OEV Products are made, the “Quoted OEV Product Price”.
      2. If you place an order based on that Quoted OEV Product Price, we will:
        1. reduce the Quoted OEV Product Price in relation to any one of the OEV Products, provided to you at a design appointment, by the Other Savings you are entitled to claim from us (the “Discounted Price”); and
        2. apply the savings set out in the middle column of the table below (the “OEV Savings”) to the Discounted Price of the relevant OEV Product, subject to the conditions set out in the right-hand column of the table below:

          Conservatories £150 off Discounted Price. You must place a minimum order of £3,500 to be able to use an Online Enquiry Voucher on a purchase of this OEV Product.
          Windows and doors (excluding garage doors) £50 off Discounted Price. You must order a minimum of 4 units to be able to use an Online Enquiry Voucher on a purchase of this OEV Product.
          Rooftrim and cladding £50 off Discounted Price. You must place a minimum order of £3,500 to be able to use an Online Enquiry Voucher on a purchase of this OEV Product.

    7. Amendment of these Online Enquiry Voucher Specific Terms. If we amend these Specific Terms after you have received an Online Enquiry Voucher, we will still allow you the relevant OEV Savings provided you otherwise comply with the Specific Terms in their amended form.
    8. Withdrawal of these Online Enquiry Voucher Specific Terms. If we withdraw these Specific Terms after you have received an Online Enquiry Voucher, we will still allow you the relevant OEV Savings provided you otherwise comply with the Specific Terms as they were at the time we withdraw them.
  4. Estimated Product Installation Times
    1. How do these terms apply? These Specific Terms are additional to the 'General Terms and Conditions' section above and apply to the estimated installation time of your chosen product. The Company reserves the right to amend these Specific Terms at any time.
    2. Estimated installation time definition. When the Purchaser enters into a contract with Anglian Home Improvements for the supply and installation of goods, an estimated time is provided. This time period refers to the amount of time that elapses between placing your order and its final installation at your property. Installation times will vary dependent upon the product you have ordered, any third party approvals that may be required along with the area within the UK that you live. Specific information about your estimated lead time can be found on your contractual documentation.
    3. 4 to 8 weeks estimated installation claims.
      1. Limitations:
        Limited to PVCU Casement Windows, PVCU Tilt & Turn Windows, PVCU Residential Doors, PVCU Patio's, Classic Composite Doors, Elite Composite Doors and Rooftrim. Only available to installation properties within the following postal areas: BH, BN, BR, CR, CT, DA, DT, EX, GU, KT, ME, PL, PO, SE, SM, SO, TA, TN, TQ, TR, TW
      2. Exclusions:
        PVCU Sliding Sash Windows, Timber Windows & Doors, Aluminium Windows & Doors, PVCU Flush Windows. Excludes any jobs which require planning permission, building regulations or any other third party approvals and any installations inclusive of Asbestos Testing and/or removal. Excludes any property that is not within the aforementioned postal areas. TR postal areas excludes Isles of Scilly.
      3. Withdrawal of 4 to 8 weeks installation claims. Anglian Home Improvements reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend estimated installation time periods at any point, for any reason, not limited to, manufacturing and installation capacity.
