To do this, open recruitment practices are applied within Anglian Windows Ltd, including advertising jobs publicly and as widely as possible. A review will be carried out and positive action will be taken where appropriate to achieve a representative workforce. We also acknowledge that to address the gender gap our policies, including the Recruitment and Advertising policies, will reflect our ambition.

We are confident that women and men are paid equal pay at Anglian Windows Ltd. Equal pay ensures that men and women are paid equally for work of equal value and Anglian is committed to conducting regular pay audits and pay reviews to ensure that equal pay is continued and maintained. Anglian considers this as an important issue and we are looking forward to continuing positive action towards reducing the gender pay gap which should have a positive impact on the 2018/2019 results.
