David will again be hosting this year’s event, we asked him for a few words before the event tomorrow…
The House Beautiful Magazine was launched in 1989 and helps to inspire you to achieve all you want from where you live. I am a great believer that there is an integral link between the home and garden. Gardens are just as much a room as the lounge is in your home. The walls in your garden appear as the fencing panels and the carpet is the grass or even the paving slabs.
Last year, I hosted the House Beautiful Awards and I am delighted to be invited back to host the House Beautiful Award Ceremony this year. There were an amazing 23 categories listed last year and it shows that there is a need for such and event. With many different categories expected again this year, the event provides companies with an opportunity to gain recognition for outstanding and innovative products, ranges and makes, but also makes it harder for the judge’s year on year. I have a close association with Anglian Home Improvements so I was delighted to here there involvement as a sponsor this year.
Anglian would like to send our good wishes to all those up and coming designers who will be attending the event. We look forward to hearing who the award winners are in all the categories, especially the winner of the Designer of the Future Award.
Why not catch the results on our blog on Friday and watch our twitter feed as we tweet live from the show.
