When will my installation take place?

My installation is only partially installed/completed. When will this be finished and prioritised?

Once we are in receipt of your information (please complete the above form if not already completed), we will prioritise your order and will be in contact with you as soon as we can to discuss your contract and agree a way forward with your home improvement project.

I have a Finance agreement, what should I do?

It is our understanding that the finance company will honour your finance agreement. Please complete your details in the form above to enable us to process your order.

My products have been installed and I have issues with the installation / warranty / service work, are you going to help me?

If your Everest home improvement project has been completed, but you are experiencing a warranty issue, then you will need to contact the warranty insurance provider.

My installation has been installed, but I do not have my FENSA certificate. What should I do?

You will need to apply for a 'Regularisation Certificate'.

A regularisation certificate is a document issued to an owner or occupier of a building after the completion of works have been carried out in order to comply with relevant building regulations. This document confirms that the work has been carried out correctly and meets the required standards.

To apply for a regularisation certificate, you will need to contact your local authority.
