Our Guarantees are fully transferable if your home changes ownership. This is subject to a guarantee transfer payment of £65 per contract.
We reserves the right to undertake an inspection in accordance with Clause 16 of the Contractual terms to ascertain as to whether the installation has been maintained in accordance with the relevant Maintenance and Care guides and to advise the new owner of their obligations of the same.
Following receipt of payment and confirmation as to whether a service visit is required, in accordance Clause 16 of the Contractual terms and the Guarantee, if we identify that the product has not been maintained, a quotation will be supplied for the remedial works required to return the installation to the quality and standard required, for the period remaining under the Guarantee.
