We’ll be here to help you if you need us after your conservatory or extension installation. Our guarantees cover parts and labour and give you peace of mind. These guarantees are there in case any problems occur with the product covered in the Terms & Conditions of the Contract. We will deal with them at no cost to you. Our Guarantees are fully transferable if your home changes ownership.
We provide the following guarantees:
15 years – Sealed glass units.
10 years – uPVC Conservatories, Verandas, Orangeries, Extensions, and Porches.
10 years – Aluminium powder coated finish of the windows and doors on Orangeries, Extensions, and Porches.
10 years – All other glass on doors, changes or replacement of window and door handles and hinges, locks, furniture, wooden window boards, and all other moving parts, Georgian bars, leaded glass, Anglian Decorative Glass or any other film applications (such as Solaroof) applied by us to the glass units.
5 years – the colour fastness, durability, integrity, and delamination of the Classic and Elite Composite door surfaces.
2 years – letterboxes, Smart Living Products, mastic sealants, and kick bars on doors.
1 year – We will handle all repair work on brickwork, plastering, plumbing and electrics.
