We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your contract. To cancel, send a written request to [email protected] during the cooling off period. The cooling-off period is 7 days for our contracts, including one with Finance. If you’ve paid a deposit and it’s within the cooling-off period, you’ll get it back within 28 working days of the date we confirm that we are processing it.
