Anglian are pleased to have reached an agreement with Safestyle's administrators to fulfil your Safestyle contract under the existing terms including honouring the price.

What happens next?

After submitting your form, Anglian’s implementation team will confirm if your products have already been manufactured and if so, will arrange a convenient installation date with you. If your products have not been manufactured, then the team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for us to come and survey your property in readiness for Anglian to manufacture and then install in your products. Our implementation team will be in touch in the coming days.

Will you honour the price/contract that I have with Safestyle?

Anglian confirm that we will will honour the terms of the contract, including the price.

I have a Finance agreement, what should I do?

Your order details with Safestyle will identify your finance lender as either: Novuna Personal Finance or Omni Capital Retail Finance. To engage with your lender about your order, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Your Safestyle reference number
  • The name of your finance provider
  • Finance reference number

Once our implementation team have discussed your order with the lender, we will be in touch to confirm next steps.

Will I have to sign a new Contract with Anglian?

The terms of your existing contract will remain in place however, you will be required to sign a Variation of Contract to complete the change in ownership of your contract from Safestyle to Anglian enabling us to fulfil your contract. Our implementation team will guide you through this process.

Will the products be a like for like match?

Anglian has a unique product with certified quality standards. We will endeavour to match the design and specification of the order you placed with Safestyle however, where this is unachievable, we will look to find a close alternative.

My products have been installed and I have issues with the installation/warranty/service work – are you able to help me?

If your Safestyle contract has been partially installed, then our implementation team will be contacting you to fulfil your order and Anglian will honour any warranty work associated with that specific contract.

If you have a contract with Safestyle, and Anglian are not fulfilling any installation work and you are experiencing a warranty issue then you should contact the warranty insurance provider, Installsure by emailing: www.installsure.co.uk/contact-us
