The teams returned to the pitch after half-time with a changed of ends.  Norwich now faced the chilly wind which, in the first half had blown in their favour.

With the wind now benefiting the visitors, they soon showed Norwich that they were here ‘to do business’ and soon added their first points to the scoreboard.  Following a change of players and a frantic break of play, Norwich was able to add to their score and held on to their lead, until the final whistle.

The final score was Norwich 20 – Chelmsford 7
