Sales rep who visited us was vey good, friendly, polite & courteous. She gave a good presentation and answered all our questions. We are hoping that the we will be as impressed with the end product / instalation once the windows we have ordered are replaced.

May I congratulate your salesman, Ted, and your company for the professional way you have  provided information to assist us in choosing a new garage door.  We were seeking competitive quotes from a number of companies, including yourselves. Both of us are associated with the building trade and were aware that a significant part of the job will be the removal and disposal of asbestos panels above the door.  Reactions from different companies ranged from 'We won't touch asbestos', through 'asbestos in not a problem provided it isn't blue' to a calm acceptance  (from Ted) and explanation (including a video presentation) of precisely how Anglian will deal with the asbestos and how much it will cost.   At our request, the next day you sent copies of your Waste Carriers Registration, Risk Assessment (RAMPS) and Method Statements. I also contacted the environment Agency and they confirmed that your registration/license to remove and dispose of asbestos is complete and up to date.  I believe Gore Vidal said 'It is not enough to succeed; others must fail'. Once again, well done.  This commendation is written before work on the new door even starts but first impressions are very important: you are not the cheapest but you were the only (home improvement) company that gave us confidence that the asbestos would be handled correctly. (In my opinion the only viable alternative would have been to have the asbestos removed first by a specialist and our investigations  suggest that would probably have been much more expensive).

The visit was on time and very professional in its presentation. We orderd an addional product on this basis.

We have used Pat before and we especially requested him. Pat knew exactly what we wanted and we were pressed for time and therefore we were really grateful that we were all done in 15 minutes!

I will wait to have m windows fitted before I give further comments however the service provided by Shahid so far has been very good and I feel safe in the knowledge that I am buying a quality product.

Previous customers for £14,000 in 2005. No problems hence return to purchase 3 more smaller areas.
