Anglian is a leading member of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF). The GGF monitors the performance of member companies to ensures the standard of products and installation remain consistently high.

FENSA

FENSA
The Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme (FENSA) ensures installations comply with the Building Regulations for England and Wales relating to improved thermal performance standards.

ISO 9001:2001

ISO 9001:2001 The ISO 9000 series of standards sets out how we establish, document, and maintain an effective quality system to ensure our products and services meet customers’ requirements.

Component Standards

British Standards BSEN1279-2:2002 & BSEN1279-3:2002 Licence No KM 7431 - for materials used and water resistance on all sealed units.

British Standard BS6206:1981 Licence No KM 07438 – for impact resistance and glass fragmentation on safety glass.

British Standard BSEN12608:2003 Licence No KM 12876 – for colour fastness, impact resistance and corner strength PVCU frames.

Product Standards

British Standard BS7412:2002 Licence No KM 13828 & KM 34857 – for materials, construction, tolerances, security and weather tightness on White Knight windows.

British Standard BS7950:1997 Licence No KM 13828 & KM 80856 – for mechanical loading, human intervention, glazing security on White Knight windows.

BBA Certificate for PVCU windows
Covers our White Knight casement and tilt and turn regarding building regulations, materials, installation, thermal insulation, safety, security, durability and weather tightness.

BBA Certificate for PVCU conservatories
Anglian is the only company to achieve this unique certification for complete conservatories. The certificate covers for air permeability, water tightness, effect of wind and snow loads, impact resistance and racking.

Installation Standards

NVQ

NVQ

All our fitting teams are encouraged to achieve an NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) for window and door installation, to prove they can:

  • Check and Record Information
  • Prepare equipment and materials
  • Prepare apertures for installation
  • Install replacement window and door units
  • Finish installation procedures
  • Maintain health and safety in the working environment
  • Contribute to quality of the organisation
