Start the ball rolling by getting in touch. Simply fill in your details on this form or call us on 0800 500 600. We’ll arrange for one of our Anglian design experts to visit you at home, at a time that suits you, to talk you through the range of fascias, soffits, bargeboards, cladding and guttering options available to you.

They’ll help you work out which Rooftrim products are most suitable for your home. You can also see samples of the materials, styles and colours available.

Once you’ve chosen your style and colour options, our designer will measure up and prepare an accurate quote for you. Remember, our quotation service is free and there’s no obligation to order.

2. We carry out a detailed survey

One of our qualified surveyors will carry out a detailed survey to make sure that your Rooftrim products are made exactly to your specification and fit perfectly. They’ll take photographs and check whether any special equipment will be needed for the installation. They’ll also check to see if any asbestos is present as this will require experts to remove it. It’s this level of meticulous preparation that ensures everything runs smoothly on the day your Rooftrim is fitted.

The surveyor will go through the designs for your new Rooftrim with you as a final check. You can still make minor alterations at this stage, although this may affect the cost. Once you’re happy to go-ahead, we’ll finalise the order for the manufacture of your Rooftrim.

3. We make your Rooftrim

Our Rooftrim products are made in Britain from start to finish. Every fascia, soffit, bargeboard, cladding and guttering product is made to order by expert and experienced craftspeople here in the UK, using only the highest quality components. We check for quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

We’ll keep in touch at every stage to let you know how your order is progressing. You can also contact your nearest Anglian regional office if you have any queries.

4. We fit your Rooftrim

You tell us when it’s convenient to fit your Rooftrim. Our installation team will use only the correct access equipment, custom-designed for our methods and following the latest safety guidelines.

If we find any asbestos, we’ll dispose of it safely. We don’t cut any corners. We have a stringent safety procedure and will employ an HSE-licensed contractor to remove and dispose of any asbestos in a safe manner.

Our installers will fit your Rooftrim carefully, paying special attention to weatherproofing. When we’ve finished fitting your Rooftrim, our team will make sure you’re happy with the installation and take away your old Rooftrim, recycling what we can, leaving your home clean and tidy.

5. We take payment

We’re only happy when you’re happy. That’s why we won’t ask for the balance payment until your new Rooftrim is fully installed and the job is completed.

We oversee the whole design, manufacturing and installation process, so we’re confident that you’ll be delighted with your new Rooftrim.

6. We guarantee our work

Because our Rooftrim is made to the highest standards, we know we can vouch for its quality. Each uPVC and aluminium product comes with a 10 year guarantee as standard. In the unlikely event of there being a problem, we’ll do our best to fix it for you quickly, efficiently and without a quibble.

We’ve been in the home improvements business for 50 years, so you can rest assured that we’ll be around to honour our guarantees.
