They'll help you work out which doors are most suitable for the front and back of your house and also show you how bi-fold doors, French doors and patio doors can enhance your home. You can also see samples of the materials, styles and colours available and decide how to make your doors unique with a choice of decorative glass, stylish effects, handles and door knockers.

Because all our doors are made to measure, once you've chosen your style and decorative features, our designer will measure up and prepare an accurate quote for you. Remember, our quotation service is free and there's no obligation to order.

One of our qualified surveyors will carry out a detailed survey to make sure that your porch is made exactly to your specification and the door and windows fit perfectly. They'll take photographs and check whether any special equipment will be needed to deal with things like drainage problems. It's this level of meticulous preparation that ensures everything runs smoothly when your porch is installed.

The surveyor will go through the designs for your new porch with you as a final check. You can still make minor alterations at this stage, although this could affect the cost. Once you're happy to go ahead, we'll finalise the order for the manufacture of the components of your porch. We'll also take care of any planning requirements.

Our roofs, wall panels, doors and windows are made in Britain from start to finish. Every component is made to order by expert and experienced craftspeople here in the UK, using only the highest quality materials. We check for quality at every stage of the manufacturing process, from colour matching to the strength of the glass.

You tell us when it’s convenient to install your porch. Our installation team will lay the correct foundations and damp proofing if this is needed.

They’ll construct the brickwork, wall panels and roofing, install your choice of door and windows, and any agreed plastering, lighting and power points. Because everything is measured up at the survey, your windows and door will fit perfectly. We’ll check to make sure your porch is totally secure and weatherproof.

When we’ve finished fitting your porch, our team will make sure you’re happy with the installation and then run through the operation of the door and windows and explain how to take care of them, leaving your home clean and tidy.

We’re only happy when you’re happy. That’s why we won’t ask for the balance payment until your new porch is fully installed and the job is completed.

Because the components of our porches are made to the highest standards, we know we can vouch for their quality. Each window comes with a 10-year guarantee and the sealed glass units in our uPVC and aluminium windows and doors are guaranteed for 15 years with the ones in our wooden windows and doors guaranteed for 10 years. All our uPVC and aluminium doors are guaranteed for 10 years. Our wooden doors have a 10-year guarantee on painted finishes and there’s a 5-year guarantee on stained finishes. Our GRP doors come with a 5-year paintwork guarantee and a 10-year guarantee on glass. In the unlikely event of there being a problem, we’ll do our best to fix it for you quickly, efficiently and without a quibble.
