Review of the Week - Mr Malfa

Today we have an out of the ordinary 'Review of the Week' with it coming from Facebook. This customer journey has been a little different to previous 'Review of the Week' customers as initially, Mr Malfa wasn't happy with his door installation as the paint on his front door had started to flake off. 

With some help from our Customer Care and regional teams managed to get the issues resolved and Mr Malfa returned to Facebook to say how happy he was with the repairs and his new front door. He even shared a picture!

Geoff Hames from the internet response team was the first member of Anglian to speak to Mr Malfa, arranging an appointment with designer Munish Grover. He discussed the product with Mr Malfa, before Lee A Caiger visited to gather accurate measurements.

The installation was carried out by Kaine Bassett and Brian McGrath who did a good job with the installation. However, the paint began to flake, but after discussing this with Louie Watts on Facebook and Brett Lawson in Customer Care, Michael Caminarides and Ian O'Donnell helped coordinate the fixes need to get Mr Malfa's front door looking superb once again.
