Valentine’s day was yesterday, but there is always a lot of love in the air when the Sutherland’s are installing Anglian products in a customer’s home. The couple have been working together as installers for Anglian for nearly 8 years, putting in as much love into the install as they have for each other.
Danny Sutherland has been working for Anglian Home Improvements for nearly 20 years, but when Deborah, his wife, became fed up with working longer hours for less money, Danny suggested she work with him.
They proved a huge hit with all of their customers and are now regularly requested for jobs by Anglian’s customers. This could be down to their teamwork, comradeship and humour or it could be because of the love and care they put into each installation.
In an interview Deborah said, “It is important to respect the customer’s home. Danny is very particular and very patient.” The couple respect that we are a house proud nation and that fitting new windows or a conservatory can be “a major upheaval”, which is why Danny takes time to explain each process with the customer, Deborah explained.
The classic song by James Brown suggests it’s a mans world, but it wouldn’t be nothing without a woman, which is just the case for the Sutherlands. Danny always knew Deborah would be ideal for the job and he was right as they have become a popular dynamic duo. The couple are very tolerant of each other and understand one anothers need for space, which has obviously helped them to have many successful years with the company.
Their latest review on Feefo.com was for a recent install of windows and doors, saying how the Sutherlands were “excellent” and that we “should be proud to have such a team”. We can assure all of our readers that we are very proud of this fitting team and hope they continue their great work together.
