The bargeboards form the overhanging gables that
protect your brickwork from rain and so take the brunt of any bad
weather. Therefore, as well as being long-lasting, they need to stay looking
good.
Anglian's uPVC bargeboards look like real wood
and are fitted in the same way - using highest marine-grade 314
austenitic stainless-steel pins. It's reassuring to know that once
you've replaced the wood with uPVC versions, you can practically forget
all about them as they are virtually maintenance-free.
