Conservatory Price Promise terms & conditions

	BBA approved for the entire conservatory	the only company EVER to have been awarded a BBA certificate for the entire structure of a conservatory.
	Anglian PVCu will have a life expectancy of at least 25 years	Almost twice the industry norm for white PVCu product.
	PVCu profile (77mm x 70mm)	More than just a window.
	Fully reinforced conservatory profile	Throughout the wallframe. Acrylic enhanced PVCu.
	Internally glazed	The beading that secures the glazing is fixed into the wallframe on the side facing the inside of the conservatory*.
	Fully welded frame construction	Includes all corners and transoms.
	Toughened glass throughout as standard	Every piece of glass in an Anglian conservatory is toughened using glass meeting Class A.
	Gas filled sealed units	Ultra sealed units in which the air cavity is replaced with a different gaseous mixture. This confidential mixture of gases incorporates inert gases and is non-toxic and environmentally safe.
	Guarantee	10 year guarantee on the baseworks and 15 years on the gas-filled sealed units.
	Clearline glazing	All gaskets around the perimeter of glass are concealed beneath the edge of the PVCu frame and do not protrude beyond the profiles.
	Key locking handles	Key locking security handles are fitted as standard.
	Shootbolt locking mechanism	25mm (1") throw of the round shootbolts which locate through metal keeps on the frame and into the frame itself, on conservatory vents.
	Foundations excavated up to 1000mm deep	A foundation will be excavated to follow the shape of the conservatory. The depth of the foundations are traditionally 650mm (2' 2"), however they will be excavated to a depth where the ground will provide an adequate bearing strata and we will excavate to a depth of 1000mm at no extra cost.
	Decorative internal fascia boards	Specially designed to complement the Anglian conservatory wallframe.
	Moulded rafters	Internal and external sculptured shape enhances appearance.
	Crestings and finials	A choice of crestings and finials to finish off your Anglian conservatory.

Please note: the price match offer applies to standard (non-bespoke) products from competitors which match all the above features offered by Anglian. Claims must be made in writing and be received within seven days of signing Anglian’s contract. Photocopies of the competing offer and specification of the competing conservatory must be enclosed with the claim. The claim should be addressed to your sales representative. Anglian will only accept one such claim per customer per order. Offer applicable to PVCu casement conservatories only. The Challenge does not apply to Hardwood conservatories. Anglian’s decision on whether a competitor’s conservatory matches the features offered by Anglian is final, and no correspondence will be entered into on the topic.
