3Detailed Drawings

We convert your site survey into an architectural drawing detailing all the requirements of your Extension.
4The Law

Planning Permission and 3rd party approvals. Building Regulations. Anglian will apply for these approvals where required.We use a specialist building control agency to inspect and certify your building works to ensure full compliance with building regulations.
5Manufacture

Your new doors windows are created.
6Base Works Commence

Firm foundations are laid and your Panoramic Extension begins.
7Base Works Commence

Firm foundations are laid and your Panoramic Extension begins.
8Damp-Proofing

A damp-proof membrane and damp-proof course are laid.
9Roof Structure

The timber roof trusses are put in place, battened and felted in preparation for the roof tiles.
10Wall

With the building works now complete the wall frames start to take shape.
11Completion

Your new room is complete and ready for you to start decorating.
