Entry Details

All people have to do to enter is send an email; details will be on the dedicated page on the website http://www.anglianhome.co.uk/hampton-court-flower-show/ from Tuesday 3rd July.

1. This competition is open to residents of the UK, excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and must be a home owner. Competition excludes employees of Anglian Windows Limited, Domoney Ltd and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrants agree to abide by these rules. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The winner will be selected by 6th August 2012.
4. The Winner will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw, and the winner will be notified via email.
5. If the Promoter has had no reply from the winner within 36 hours of the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and award the prize to second place.
6. Multiple entries are not allowed, only one address per household will be entered into the draw.
7. The prize is as described below:-
   
   David Domoney visits your home on a mutually convenient date (it could be at a weekend). This visit must be in 2012
   
   David will arrive at 9:00 am and stay with you until 5.30 pm
   
   During his visit David will
   1. Identify plants in your garden
   2. Advise you on the plants in your garden
   3. Care hints & tips for the plants in your garden
   4. Recommend new plants
   5. Advise on garden plants problems
   6. Advise on garden layout problems
   7. Advise on garden layout & design
   8. Advise on garden structures & buildings
   9. Advise on indoor plants
   10. Supervise his team in a days make over
   You also gain a team of David’s garden Angels to work on your garden for a day (arrive 9:00 am leave 5.30 pm).
   
   They could
   1. Renovate & jet wash the patio
   2. Revamp & preserve the fencing
   3. Dig & make over the borders
   4. Reshape the lawn
   5. Weed & reclaim
   6. Fix garden features
   David and some of his team will take you to your local garden centre and spend £2,500 on plants, trees and ornaments for your garden to fit in with David’s design advice.
   
   The team will then position and plant/install the items purchased
   
   Domoney Ltd are not liable for any after maintenance of the plants or garden
   
   Domoney Ltd will not carry out any work on the property or interior of the house
   
   Domoney Ltd will not be responsible for any electrical or plumbing work
   
   David Domoney’s consultancy is during that day only.
   
   
8. No Anglian purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw
9. There is no cash alternative
10. The prize must be redeemed during 2012 at a mutually convenient date between the winner and David Domoney Ltd.
11. The prize is non-transferable
12. The winner may be required to participate in publicity, which could include interviews and photographs of the winner and their garden
13. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
14. Anglian Windows Limited will not be responsible for any advice given by David Domoney or Domoney Limited nor for any aftercare nor maintenance that is required arising from their advice.
