It is the first day of the Hampton Court Flower Show!

By on 8th July in Fun

With great excitement, on a very hot Summer’s day in July, the world’s largest annual garden show in the grounds of the spectacular Hampton Court Palace is now open.  Anglian is proud to be at the show again this year sponsoring the Celebrity Catwalk in Bloom Theatre.

The show is organised by the Royal Horticultural Society, and is open to anyone of any age and really is a ‘must-see’ event during the year if you are interested in the garden and great outdoors.

Thousands of visitors are expected during the six days of the show hoping to see new plants, different colours and varieties of  flowers and new garden designs and ideas.  Some people will have an overwhelming need to rush home and get started changing and enhancing their gardens into their own little parts of the Hampton Court Flower Show.

Along with the usual huge array of things to see and do, the RHS has introduced three new areas to the show this year, which are themed zones called Inspire, Grow and Escape. They will help visitors to find their way around the exhibits
and are created to give visitors a different feel and mood.

This year, Louie from the online blog team has been racing around the show, taking pictures to show you the stunning new gardens on display…….and a selection of the other bits that we liked too.
